East Dubuque Schools Return To In-Person Learning

The East Dubuque school district says students will return to in-person learning on Monday. District Superintendent T. J. Potts says all students planning to return to in-person learning are no longer under quarantine. Earlier this month the school district switched to remote learning after a number of positive COVID cases were reported among students and staff. Potts did say that two staff members remain quarantined.
