A man has pleaded not guilty to the killing of 20 year old Kylie Duster of Dubuque last year. 23 year old Romell Enoch entered the plea in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County to a charge of first-degree murder. He also waived his right to a speedy trial. Enoch was charged in the killing of Duster who was found dead by police on July 28, 2021, in her Dubuque apartment. Enoch was not arrested on the murder charge until December 14th. He had been serving a 25-year prison sentence at the Clarinda, Iowa Correctional Facility for unrelated convictions.
