Police say a man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday in Dubuque. 43 year old Charles Knox of Dubuque was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. According to Dubuque police, Knox was driving north on Elm Street at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday when a vehicle driven by 59 year old Connie Hackbarth of Dubuque ran a red light and entered an intersection with Elm Street. The vehicles collided. Hackbarth was cited with failure to respond to a steady red light.
