Police in Dubuque arrested 25 year old Cody Tracy O’Hara around 3am in the 80 block of West Fourth Street on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations causing bodily injury, interference with official acts causing bodily injury, interference with official acts and public intoxication. Reports say O’Hara assaulted a Dubuque police officer while being arrested.
