The Dubuque County Conservation Board recently agreed to increase fees for some outdoor recreation services as part of its annual budgeting process. The board, per the recommendation of Dubuque County Conservation Director Brian Preston, left most fees alone for 2024. But some services will see fee increases because they had not been raised for many years or had seen recent upgrades. Daily nine-hole fees at Fillmore Fairways will go up $1 — from $14 to $15 on weekdays and from $16 to $17 on weekends. The board left fees for 18-hole games and season passes at their current prices, focusing on the most-used fee.
