A former Dubuque priest charged with five counts of second degree sexual abuse had an arraignment hearing Tuesday. At the hearing, 68-year old Leo Riley entered a written plea of not guilty to the all charges he faces and is demanding a speedy trial. A trial date has not been set. Riley served as an associate pastor at Resurrection Parish in Dubuque from 1984 to 1986 when the alleged incidents against several altar boys took place.
