Dubuque Man Sentenced For Trying To Solicit Sexual Images

A Dubuque man has been sentenced to five years of probation after police said he attempted to solicit sexual images from a minor. 28 year old Nicholas Bradley received the sentence in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to one count of attempted creation of child exploitation material. If he violates the terms of his probation, Bradley faces up to 25 years in prison. According to a report, in August of 2023, Bradley messaged a girl under the age of 18 asking for sexually explicit photos. He also sent several sexually explicit messages to the girl, whom he knew. When contacted by police, Bradley admitted he was the one who initiated the messages.
