Dubuque County Fair Association holding board elections

Dubuque County Fair Association will hold board elections next month. Voting will take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 15 at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds. Voting is open to Dubuque County residents ages 18 and older. A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card will be required for voting. Fifteen candidates are running for eight open seats on the board. Incumbent candidates are David Orr, Angie Sigwarth, Jerry Sigwarth and Terry Waller. Fairgrounds General Manager, Kevin Kotz, who announced his retirement earlier this year is also running.
