A Chicago man arrested by U.S. Marshals in November of 2022 on attempted murder charges related to a drive-by shooting in Dubuque came into the custody of local authorities for the first time Monday afternoon. 25 year old Tavon Baylock of Chicago faces charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, reckless use of a firearm, control of a firearm by a felon and two counts of attempted murder. A report says he was taken into custody just before 4 p.m. Monday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center.
