Police said a motorist was possibly injured Thursday in a Dubuque collision. 48-year-old Brian Schurman of Lancaster, Wis., complained of pain and was treated at the scene by the Dubuque Fire Department and was not transported to a medical facility. The incident occurred at around 3 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 32nd Street and Central Avenue. According to a police crash report, 17-year-old Kaleb Boots, of Earlville, Iowa, was traveling south on Central Avenue when Schurman, also traveling south, stopped for traffic. Boots struck Schurman’s vehicle. Boots was cited with failure to maintain control.
