The Dubuque City Council will hold three special goal-setting sessions this week. The sessions will be held at 4 p.m. today through Wednesday in Room 4 at the at Grand River Center. Council members will discuss a variety of different topics and issues during the sessions. By the end, they will vote on the city’s updated list of goals and priorities. Those goals and priorities are used by city staff to determine what projects are pursued and how city funds are spent. The meetings are open to the public.
