Police say a terminated employee used social media to threaten a massacre at the offices of his former Dubuque employer. 31 year old Scott Questad, of Albia, Iowa, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging threat of terrorism. Threat of terrorism is a class D felony in Iowa punishable by up to five years in prison if convicted. According to a report, officers responded at approximately 3:45 a.m. Monday to Hirschbach Motor Lines for a report of harassment. A Hirschbach official had requested that police respond to the business to stand by while the night-shift employees went out to their vehicles after a threat was posted on a Facebook page. Investigators learned that Questad had been terminated by Hirschbach on January 11th.
