New Principal Hired At Kennedy Elementary School

A Western Dubuque High School administrator will serve as the principal at Kennedy Elementary School. Rich Hatcher will serve as principal of Kennedy Elementary starting in the 2024-2025 school year, pending approval by the school board at its meeting in March. According to a report, Hatcher will succeed Nicholas Hess, who recently was named the next principal of Marshall Elementary School. Hatcher currently is assistant principal at Western Dubuque High School, a role he has held since 2017.
