A Dubuque man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for drug-related offenses. 29 year old Kim Phillips received the sentence in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to three counts of a controlled substance violation. According to a report, the Dubuque Drug Task Force completed six separate undercover purchases of narcotics from Phillips between Aug. 24, 2022, and Oct. 25, 2022, in Dubuque. On each occasion, a confidential informant purchased a variety of drugs, including cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and heroin, from Phillips.
