The City of Dubuque will receive $1.9 million in federal funding for a second phase of improvements to Comiskey Park. The grant award was announced by the National Park Service through the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership project. In total, more than 50 projects nationwide will share more than $254 million. The improvements at Comiskey Park represent the second phase of the Re-Imagine Comiskey campaign that was launched in early 2020. The City anticipates the second phase improvements will be completed within 1.5 years.
