Felon Escapes From Correctional Facility, Gets Arrested

Police in Dubuque arrested 50 year old Eddie Pickett a resident of the state correctional facility around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Washington Street on warrants charging felon escape from custody, defrauding a drug test and two counts of a probation violation. A report says that Pickett escaped from the correctional facility on July 30th.
