No injuries following vehicle fire

No injuries were reported following a car fire in a garage in Dubuque on Monday. The Dubuque Fire Department responded to a vehicle on fire in a garage in 2100 block of Saint John Drive in Dubuque around 10:30 AM on Monday. Firefighters found the vehicle on fire in the engine compartment. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire. The fire did not extend beyond the vehicle, which was deemed a total loss. The building was determined to be habitable, and all occupants were able to return to their units. The fire is still under investigation.
